Van Deventer joined Kohler Co. in 2011 as General Manager of Riverbend. In his expanded role, Van Deventer will be responsible for the overall profitability of Riverbend and River Wildlife, including revenue generation and membership attainment. He is also responsible for ensuring a high standard of membership satisfaction and adherence to an exceeding high level of service. River Wildlife, a distinguished private recreational and dining club, is a wilderness preserve encompassing more than 500 acres of unspoiled land, five miles of the meandering Sheboygan River and more than 18 miles of scenic woodland trails. A country club in the woods, River Wildlife is a relaxed, secluded place to get down to business, or escape from it. A rustic log cabin with a massive fieldstone fireplace, six intimate dining rooms featuring pine floors and antique wood furnishings is headquarters for the club and home to the renowned Lodge Restaurant.
