Over the last 20 years I have proven myself with success as a skilled and knowledgeable engineer in multiple research environments. Always based on engineering & design skills, material knowledge and extensive (additive) manufacturing expertise.My latest project at ECN was the development of a Liquid Dispersed Metal based Powder Bed Fusion process. Resulting in the LaserFlex Conflux. A tool capable of 3D Printing Functionally Graded Materials (FGM).As a member of an Additive Manufacturing research department, I have taken part as technical workpackage leader and technology scout in multiple national and European research projects. These projects were mainly based upon 3D Printing with topics such as Mass-customization, Medical applications, High-tech industry and road mapping. Besides knowledge and hand-on experience of various commercial Additive Manufacturing processes I was involved in the development of new and innovative printing techniques and materials.
