After Bricsnet ceased operations Manhattan Software acquired the rights to support (former) Bricsnet customers. Manhattan Software contracted with me to transition the Bricsnet hosted SaaS solutions to customer in-house installations. Apart from assisting in the now in-house deployed installations, I designed, managed and implemented the porting and rewriting of integration and ETL routines for customers that transitioned from a Bricsnet SaaS to an in-house deployment.

IWMS implementation: - As Business Analysis interact with the customer’s Business experts and create requirements document, GAP analysis and to-be functional requirements documents for the Bricsnet BuildingCenter and Bricsnet Enterprise solutions. - As Integration specialist design, develop & implement interfaces to integrate with existing customer systems. Or design, develop & implement one-time data conversions to move a customer from a legacy system to Bricsnet’s solution. - As Systems Architect design the systems topology for customer hosted solutions and perform the actual installation or provide local or remote support to the customer’s technical staff.- As Applications Engineer provide feedback to the development team for feature development and product enhancements.Operations: Maintain datacenter operations to support both corporate systems as well as SAAS environment for hosted customers. Establish and control operation procedures in a SSAE16 Type II environment – all audits have been passed.Other: provide in-house technical solutions training, design & develop reports, prototype development.

With this application Bricsnet's hospitality client was able to rapidly and cost effectively improve brand consistency across franchises and provide excellence in franchise renovation and décor.
