Can we improve the sprint start in skeleton? The skeleton start was measured with sensors and camera's and with Biomechanical analysis we quantified the movement to understand were it can be improved. The results were provide to the BSBN and NOC*NSF.

During this research internship the title of my research was:"Intermuscular coherence in the trunk muscles during gait: does fear of movement in chronic low-back pain patients affect intermuscular coherence?"The measurements were performed in the movement laboratory of the the sixth people's hospital in Shanghai affiliated with the Jiao tong University.

The Faculty of Human Movement Sciences and the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogical Sciences were merged in the Faculty of Behavioural and Movement Sciences in June 2015. Since I was the student member of the Faculty of Human Movement Sciences, I became the first student member in the Faculty Board of the new faculty. The student member represents the students in the Faculty Board and inquire the faculty board about problems and suggestions which are important for students. The Faculty Board is the head of the faculty and concerned over the research, education and management. The student member is the person to contact for the employees of the faculty when they have questions for the students or want feedback over the programme. The student member is also chairman of the Faculty Student Committee (F.S.O.G.B.). This committee consist about all representatives student programme committees, the faculty student council and the student associations (V.I.B. and VSPVU). They discus about the important issues that are happening in the faculty for the students.

The student informs high school students or other future students about the study of Human Movement Sciences. At open days of the university or by visiting high schools in the Netherlands.

Bewegingstechnologie is a department of The Hague University of Applied Sciences. I gave lectures and practicals in biomechanics, programming and exercise physiology.
