I am also specialized in real estate, maritime and logistics companies and family companies.I assist several international and Belgian multinational companies on various tax matters such as transfer pricing, reorganization, structuring, dividend planning, optimalization of compensation packages, etc. I wrote for the Belgian Shipowners Association, the New Belgian Tax Law on Tonnage Tax and works for several big Shipowners in Antwerp.
