Weir Minerals is a specialist in delivering and supporting slurry equipment solutions including pumps, hydrocyclones, valves, screen machines and screen media, rubber and wear resistant linings for global mining and mineral processing, the power sector and general industry. Weir Minerals Netherlands, based in Venlo develops and manufactures Enduron High Pressure Grinding Rolls, Warman Axial Flow Pumps and GeHo Positive Displacement Pumps for both EPC contractors and end-users. As Project Manager I was fully responsible for the contract management of multiple projects.• Coordination of the project team (value stream planner, engineering, shipping department);• Contract and customer management;

The product group Tugs within Damen Shipyards builds, worldwide, several types of tugs. The focus on standardization and building vessels for stock results in proven and reliable vessels with a short delivery time.I was responsible for the realization of multiple vessel construction projects at international shipyards, on time, within budget and according the high Damen quality standards. • Coordination of the internal supply chain (engineering, procurement, material coordination, warehouse), subcontractors and building teams at the shipyards;• Coordination of the commissioning, sea trials, and delivery of ships to the customers in consultation with the classification society, co-makers and suppliers;• Liaising with Sales, Design & Proposal department and customers.As part of the team EU/UAE I managed up to 20 projects at our shipyards in Sharjah, UAE and Galati, Romania.

The Subsea Services department of Boskalis Offshore provides Air/saturation diving and ROV services for the oil & gas, civil and renewable energy market. The services consist of Inspection, Repair and Maintenance (IRM), as well as construction and decommissioning services on subsea projects.As the right hand of the Project Manager I was responsible for the preparation, execution and finalization of multiple projects.• Engineering, purchasing, subcontracting, reporting. • Advise and support for commercial department. • Act as deputy Project Manager and Project Manager for smaller projects.Offshore/onsite assist the Superintendent/OCM and provide immediate on site engineering support for the fluent execution of the project. • Contact point for Client Representatives and Dive/ROV Supervisors.• Responsible for mobilization and demobilization of projects.In my role as qualified CSWIP 3.4u Underwater Inspection Controller I was responsible for the preparation, execution and final reporting of annual inspection programs of subsea assets for customers in the oil and gas industry.

Assist the Project Leader Engineering with all activities.• Compose planning and monitor progress;• Instruct Draftsman and check drawings;• Assessment of quotations, information and drawings from suppliers/contractors.
