Bart Winegar is Connect Ohio’s Technical Outreach Manager. Bart manages last-mile assistance projects across the state where high-speed Internet service is lacking. Bart is a Coshocton County resident and brings with him more than 20 years in technology project management and 15 years of business management experience. Bart Winegar holds a Bachelor’s of Organizational Leadership from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and A.S. of Information Technology from Franklin University.Before joining Connect Ohio, Bart served as project manager for Meridios, Ltd., where he implemented customer relationship management systems and Microsoft SharePoint Services. He was also responsible for project management oversight in the health care sector. In his tenure with SOTA Technologies, Inc., Bart served as vice president of technology and managed network services, as well as voice over Internet protocol deployments.
