Na 30 jaar een zeer ruime ervaring opgebouwd te hebben op het gebied van inkoop ,management , productie en het samenstellen van collecties binnen de textiel brancheheb ik het roer omgegooid.Ben gaan omscholen en ik heb de opleidingen CPT-opleiding /NSCA essentials of PT aan de H.v.A., te Amsterdam en Holistisch Lifestyle Coach aan de Academie Holistisch Coachen te Amersfoort afgerond .Ik heb gewerkt als Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer bij Sportcity in Amsterdam. In deze functie ben ik onder meer verantwoordelijk geweest voor het begeleiden van de leden in de sportactiviteiten en het bereiken van hun doelstellingen binnen de sport d.m.v. het opstellen en uitleggen van trainingsprogramma's . Daarnaast geef ik small group trainingen in de vorm van o.a. core-training , mobiliteit 50+ en circuit-trainingen.Naast deze functie werk ik als Z.Z.P.-er waarbij ik als personal trainer / lifestyle coach cliënten begeleidt naar een gezondere en fitter levensstijl door middel van beweging, voeding en mental coaching . Dit doe ik zelfstandig op een enthousiaste en overtuigende manier waardoor ik mijn cliënten een wijze van levensstijlverandering kan overbrengen . Draag zorg dat mijn cliënten vooral weer gestimuleerd worden en de discipline terugkrijgen in het sporten . Ik zou mijzelf omschrijven als iemand die absoluut energiek, resultaatgericht, gecommitteerd, enthousiast, zelfverzekerd, verantwoordelijk en flexibel is. Ben absoluut communicatief vaardig met zowel mijn cliënten , leden en collega ‘s .
