- Management of domestic company in legal and financial aspects; - Financial controlling of IT projects; - Tax controlling of IT projects for the purposes of R&D tax credits, IP Box; - Consulting of domestic grants; - Consulting and market analysis for foreign companies entering the domestic gaming market; - Management of the process of outsourcing IT employees in the gaming industry in the domestic and foreign markets; - Preparing marketing strategies and operational-administrative processes for the company's international business activity.

- Accounting/recording of documents of companies (limited liability company, joint-stock company, simple joint-stock company.) in various industries (including gamedev) and associations/foundations;- Recordkeeping for tax (Cit, R&D, Estonian Cit) and management purposes (customized multiple account plans);- Accounting for sole proprietorships (Pit - including for R&D, lump rate), civil partnerships under the P&L;- Enterprise financial planning, calculation of public liabilities for various forms of taxation (Cit, Pit, VAT, Wht) and Social Security under declarations (monthly/quarterly/annual);- Preparation of full financial statements without simplifications (Balance Sheet, P&L, P&L, Other) and support in preparation of accounting policies;- Preparation of data for stock exchange reports;- Preparation of data for consolidation of companies;- Preparation of management reports, controlling;- Preparation of documentation and forecasts for EU projects (funding);- Handling human resources and ensuring the correctness of contracts (civil law, employment, B2B, other);- Contacting tax offices, Social Security, KIS and preparing letters;- Assisting with tax matters with the Tax Advisor (support in interpretation of regulations, preparation of data for individual tax law interpretations);- Operation of specialized programs (Insert packet, Social Security payer);- Supporting processes to improve the management of the company and substantive support of clients.
