During my time with Haxel I do take care of the most important company's asset - clients and prospects. Wheter they need to start their experience with incentive tours, find a way to motivate their employees or business partners, or just look for another wonderful business conference destination, I am there to help.

Institute of Media Monitoring required many sales and managing skills combined, supervision of the small team in every aspect of their everyday work, implementation of sales targets and KPI policy. On the other hand I worked with company's key clients ensuring the service provided was of the best possible quality. Also, I was the main person to supervise international B2B cooperation of the company.

I had my Key Account Manager everyday duties that concentrated on maintaining good relations with long term clients and providing long term relation to new clients. Everyday contacts were only means though to reach one goal – additional sales levels. I worked also as a deputy team manager and supported my Director with regular team workflow, developed sales strategies for different services and different employees. Partof my duties referred to international contacts and international cooperationinternational cooperation.

Ongoing everyday work with company's clients, ensuring their needs are taken care of as well as creating opportunities for additional sales were my main duties. I have also run a series of training meetings for clients on and made necessary sales plans and sales strategies.

My duties at dpa were all around new business for different types of agency services, but also touched upon translations from Russian to English, strategic planning as well as day to day workflow organising, and preparing Sales Managers Business trips.
