o Supervises professional staff member (Career Development Strategist)o Provides career and professional development advising for a caseload of 230 students.o Lead, created, and developed a Career Readiness Digital Badging Program institution wide.o Assists with contract negotiations of new institution wide student data/technology platforms.o Maintain over 75% level of engagement with student caseload ensuring meaningful professional development contact.o Attend & host annual and semi-annual career related professional conferences.o Develop and supervise student interns and student workers in the career office.o Instructs Career and Professional Development course.o Established a manual, training guidelines, and additional documents for future professional staff.o Collaborate with Vice President of DEI on programming and implementation of inclusive practices.o Experience in strategic planning and developing curriculum based leadership training modules.o Assisted with the negotiation of a career development digital badging platform.

Advise the day to day functions of the Omicron Kappa Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Internship, Multicultural Student Affairs, Shippensburg University, May-August 2020o Advised various student groups under MSA’s department.o Spearheaded the implementation of on campus student lead initiative formatted to address racial injustice in the Shippensburg community.
