The Conscious Design Leadership model keeps business dynamic, engaged, and informed by holistic and sustainable business practices.This leadership course includes a variety of tools and techniques, such as Design thinking, U.Lab, Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle, Lean processes, B.Corps, Triple balance (economical, social, environmental), Gross Income Happiness. With a total of six sessions, each lecture is followed by time for case clinics, allowing students to practice Conscious Design Leadership skills in an incremental manner. By the end of the course, students will have developed a fully-realized Conscious Design Leadership model for their case study.In this course, we consider the corporation a collective being and develop tools to become aware of its consciousness. The student will develop consciousness of the framework and processing mindset from which they operate in their work. This course provides students with the tools and practices to become a “SuperLeader” integrating mind, heart, and hand by connecting to the Essential Identity of the project and the organization. Decision-making pivots from the “what” to the “from where”.Students will learn and practice different techniques of team building such as deep listening, systemic thinking, and human-centered design. Students will also learn to recognize and connect to the Essential Identity behind every project and organization as the reference for coherent decision-making. The course has received excellent reviews from students, with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5 for the course and my teaching.
