Baruch Guttman was initially hired by Vision Development in 2014 as a young and energetic on-site construction manager with an eye on the future. His understanding of what true leadership entails and innate sense of attention to detail quickly moved him up the company ladder to make him manager of the construction department within the year. By 2016, he was overseeing the on-site managers and heading Visions purchasing and Vendor relations program. Through his great rapport with the local market professionals and positive robust energy, Baruch has further expanded his integral role in the company to include the enabling of highly lucrative joint ventures, acquisitions and syndications.
