Current० Headed Block Project Implementation Unit, the most important part of the project. Quality and effectiveness of this unit decides the result on the grass root level.० Lead a team of 7, facilitated and aligned them with the objective of Project to achieve the goals as per the Annual Action Plan in order to increase the scope of livelihood opportunities and also provided an environment that need to grow CBOs in their own way as the uniqueness of this project is a sustainable self development model rather than the subsidy model.० Prepared Annual Action Plan and Yearly Budget, focusing each theme which had to be covered, based on detailed theme based work plan to meet the each and every aspects of the project for each financial year.० Initiated different livelihood activity under the themes; Farm, Non-farm and Off-farm eg: agricultural intervention, vegetable cultivation, backyard gardening, dairy, poultry, goatery, fishery, agarbatti making etc. ० Planned and organized several social campaigns which included: HGHY, IPPE, Election Awareness, Anti Alcoholism, Open Defecation Free Village, Financial inclusion etc.० Created positive liaison and proper communication channel with different stakeholders and other departments of Government of Bihar; Banking Institutions, Civil Society Organizations and external agencies, for effective project implementation.० Established a monitoring and evaluation (M & E) system for entire team to ensure the quality of the assigned work within the given timeframe.० Organized workshops eg: field, in-house and residential training, orientations and similar events for skill building and empowerment of CBOs.० Coordinated with several government and non- government organizations on various themes, some of them are: Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA), Project Concern International (PCI), Education department, Health department.
