Develop and train new auditors to support business. Co-relation audits to find the scope of training. Analyze KPI, QUONDA Reports, QAS Reports and internal data to develop improvement plans. RCA and set-up CAP for Non-Compliance. Looking after complete manufacturing process of all four approved facility by Brand for both the categories i.e. woven and knit. Handling entire manufacturing process which begins from order confirmation till shipping and post shipping for various prestigious brands like - J.crew, Ann-Taylor, Athleta, Banana Republic, Liz Claiborne, Madewell, Crew Cuts, J.Jill, GAP, Nordstrom, Marks & Spencer, Old Navy etc. Lead the team in pre-production activities to establish appropriate production processes, shrinkage for cutting, anticipate potential quality issues and set preventive measures, in an interactive atmosphere. Training to keep the team updated on new requirements. Assisting team on corrective measures related to testing failures. Communicating with brand on process limitations well before time for alternatives or establish acceptable levels. Performing audits at various stages of manufacturing of product like as size-set, pilot, in-line, mid-line, final inspections and communicating results to management for corrective actions at appropriate time.
