My main responsibilities include developing new collections, to receive the order and managing the production process from pre-production samples to manufacturing and increase the sales profits while maintaining the successful management of the B2B and B2C in the industry. Also making necessary fabric researches, cost calculations, preserving the best quality as well as determining the best delivery date for a successful production plan.

Working as a Jr. Merchandiser in a export company that offers service to significant brands in the European market. Having the responsibility to work coordinately with the production department so as to manage the process from sending the shipment samples from the production to the customers to get the shipment approval. Attending the production meetings to provide assistance for the shipment process of the produced goods. Also, getting the washing approval of the first washed samples for the production and translating/ delivering the production critics to the production and pattern department so as to prevent problems. Additionally delivering the weekly reports to the export department for the goods in production to start the production process and sending the self- approval files to the customer for the repeat orders to get the confirmation in order to speed up the production process.

Working in different departments of a textile company which offers contract manufacturing services to the exporting companies. In the cutting department, I was responsible for the cloth spreading and helping the cutting of the production fabrics as well as starting the process for the cutting and sewing. Also managing the process for the products coming from the sewing for the ironing and packing phase including controlling / checking quality/ cleaning of the goods, making plans to meet the customer delivery dates.
