Logistics Engineering Team

● Reporting to PM Group Ceo ● Meeting the demands of sales and info mails, ● Customer operation field visits, conducting business development with the customer or understanding the customer's current planned project needs and providing solution design● Project Proposal Development, preparing cost calculations, defining project delivery time● Managing technical teams, coordinating and managing the activities of the design, planning, production, purchasing and automation departments.● Leading the design, planning and production , installation and after sales of sold projects● Executing price negotiations and contract agreements with the suppliers for high value , technical and critical purchasing items.● Responsible for finalizing the projects according to the customer’s demands and projected budget● Communicate with customers regarding order status , delivery timelines, project acceptance● Giving necessary technical support to other sales team members during negotiations with customers ● Market and competition analysis, pricing and positioning strategy● Developing marketing activities focusing on different sectors● Product and brand development for local and export markets● Activities to develop the supplier network and develop business relations

● Reporting to Lodamaster Group Ceo● Analyzing customer RFQ/RFP documents to identify potential automation solutions● Collecting and reviewing customer data, and performing site visits as necessary to ensure data aligns with actual conditions● Developing conceptual solutions and designs● Preparing quotations and pricings from LTM or subcontractors as required● Generating RFQs for products to be sourced from subcontractors● Participating in project and customer meetings as required● Managing relationships with customers and suppliers● Preparing design presentations for proposed systems● Utilizing AutoCAD , Demo3D or similar applications to create or modify designs● Uploading prepared project proposals to company servers and file management systems● Staying up to date with intralogistics automation technologies and integrate these advancements into company solutions● Developing company documentation, standards, and procedures to improve the quality of field applications by project engineers● Using creative skills and research knowledge to improve current products● Developing new products in line with industry trends and target market needs● Identifying and reporting any technical issues you find when evaluating products● Overseeing tests and trials and assessing how effective processes and products are● Managing the R&D team and making sure policies and procedures are kept to● Budgeting and forecasting new research plans and developments● Collaborating with market research companies to ensure products will be successful● Market Researching - thorough understanding of the key therapeutic areas of focus ● Reviewing competitor products and old/new technologies with a view to identify opportunities● Supporting and acts as the point of contact for new ideas generated by others in the company and drafting the required documentation to assess new ideas. ● Reviewing patents or competitor products with a view to securing intellectually property

● Reporting to LTM General Manager ● Managing the R&D , design team of 7 people, 1 design chief, 6 design experts● Being the responsible for the design all handling equipments and subcomponent designs included in the ordered projects● Development of products to be added to the company's product range in the annual R&D plan● Preparation and follow-up of Design, Supply and Manufacturing plans● Management of 2 manufacturing engineers, 2 quality technicians, 2 quality control technicians and 50 production technicians● Supporting LDY sales team in customer meetings , site visits for projects to be offered.● Supporting LDY project management and after sales team in customer meetings , site visits , site inspections ● Supporting LDY project management team in site installations ● Supporting technical purchasing team about price negotiations and contract agreements with the suppliers for high value , technical and critical purchasing items.● Providing support to the installation teams before the order, after the order, and at the beginning of the installation● Accompanying field installation teams in domestic and international installations of individual solutions such as telescopic conveyors● For offers, submitting the target production price information of the planned handling module or component that is not in the product range to the sales team.● Reporting the price information realized after manufacturing● Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met● Determining quality control standards● Overseeing production processes ● Renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary ● Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials ● Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment ● Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff● Supervising and managing the work of junior staff ● Organising relevant training sessions

● Reporting to Mechanical Systems Manager● Responsible automation mechanical team , 1 office staff , 59 blue collars● Preparing draft automation solutions and layouts, determining costs and delivery times and obtaining senior management approval● Carrying out business development projects with team managers within Contract Logistics● Making 3D designs and preparing manufacturing drawings of some equipment such as conveyors, sorters, elevators, etc. decided in approved projects.● To examine and follow up spare parts purchased from foreign companies so that they can be purchased directly from domestic suppliers.● To examine and follow up machined spare parts purchased from foreign companies so that they can be produced directly from domestic suppliers.● Accompanying and leading the installation teams during site installations● Being responsible for the maintenance of all logistics facilities containing automation systems or equipments● The only mechanical engineer responsible for mechanical systems in the industry's first R&D department● Working on patents and utility models● Leading project planning sessions for mechanic systems● Coordinating mechanical staff of 60 people (6 different warehouse technicians and R&D staff )● Managing project progress and adapt work as required● Ensuring projects meet deadlines● Managing relationships with contract logistics and automation systems or parts suppliers● Designing and signing off on automation project contracts● Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation● Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review● Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff● Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary● Attending and reporting management committee meetings
