we produce to sheet metal mold for automotive industry (prograsive , transfer and tandem tools). when we start to a project, I follow all steps until mold delivery and I do the project leader at all stages of the projects for staying within project plan.when we finished to product a mold, I will start to make a buy off for added actions with our costumer for developed the next period.

we produce to sheet metal mold for automotive industry. l follow desing and mold production and inform to customer until the process and design finish. l generally make to product and process inspections for each stage of the my project and to carry out sample practical repait activities of the molds made inside and outside the enterprise, and l share three-dimensional measurement reports accordingly.

• During the 5-month intern engineering period, to gain the necessary experience from the arrival of raw material to the factory and from the application of the necessary Press processes until the product and semi-finished parts are obtained.• Analys of mechanical working mechanism of press machines and examination of die changing facilities of press machines             • I followed the mold maintenance process and  mold trial under pres with workpersonel
