Result: (i) the ISU distorted competition and (ii) the sport arbitration rules before the CAS do not qualify as an effective legal remedy. • Reduction of the fine from the original € 2 million to € 10.000,- for a company in the notary paper;• Successfully represented MVNO Youfone in obtaining a licence of ACM for its acquisition by KPN;• Successfully represented an OTA as a third party in relation to the Booking/E-traveli case, eventually resulting in a prohibition;• Won lawsuit for Eredivisie Media & Marketing (Fox Sports), a subsidiary of Disney, and owner of the broadcasting rights for Dutch premier league football matches, against telecom providers CAIW and Royal KPN. Result: Fox Sports does not need to change its exploitation model.• Successful representation of online travel agent Prijsvrij in separate proceedings against tour operators Thomas Cook (TCN) and Corendon. In both cases the court ruled that the termination by TCN and Corendon of their agreements with Prijsvrij violated competition law.
