About Bas De Groot

I believe technology is about people. When I joined my father's company at the age of 23, I saw opportunities to develop processes and people for Comtest in addition to pure technology. It has been a driver for me ever since.Of course, our products must be of excellent quality and developed by forward thinking. However, people will make the difference: both makers (our team) and users (our clients). That’s why I'm interested in 'Slow Management', putting people and their craftmanship first, combined with the need for speed. I think 'Slow' but act fast!Comtest is and will always be a family-owned business. We focus on quality, continuity and a long-term vision for our team and the people we work for. I’m in this for the long haul, so we can serve our clients as long as they need. This future vision is essential to me and the future generation of our Comtest family.
