Drive the Family that is responsible for the run and change of the customer-handling platform for all advisory, contact centres and back-offices employees of the Netherlands. The family consists of ~45 FTE, divided into 1 onshore team and 5 offshore development teams.

Lead the project to determine and design the desired and unified end state towards the Retail client sales and service model of the Netherlands and Belgium. The strategic conclusions are used to further set the joined objectives and the Target Operating Model of our channels for each country.

Lead multi-disciplined strategic projects that changed the branch network of ING Belgium: - Develop and implement a new branch concept for ING Belgium (ING Client House) and participate in the global work group for the same context.- Determine and implement the optimal target physical footprint of ING Belgium.- Develop and implement several new hardware & software solutions for customers and/or employees within the branches.

Two-year in-house development program for ING with an explicit focus on leadership skills for young managers. Completed three project management assignments within different departments successfully: - Set up a proper tactical solution where the mobile sales force of Retail is able to make sales outside the branch premises.- Optimize and implement complete renewed internal training and development program.- Set up the determination of the online pricing strategy for Business Lending.

Two-year Management traineeship that included several hard and soft skill coaching & training courses. Completed the following assignments:- Elaborate financial strategic advises for the province of Zuid-Holland.- Develop and implement applications to process financial data.- (Co)writer of Planning & Control reporting.
