 Worked as a Senior Technical support in NPR and UIDAI Project at Tamilnadu and Karanataka. Leading a professional team  Conduct training to our entire Team about the Project, Enrollment process, Handling of Biometric Devices, and Data backup, Provide Technical Support and Guidance to technical team. Liaising & Co-ordination with government officials (Collector, SDC, Tahsildar) and client for effective enrollment.

 My role was to handle the system related issues, and to trouble shoot the fault in Biometric Devices. Conduct training to operators about UIDAI certification Exam. Providing on job training to Supervisor and Technical support about Enrollment Process. Manage Enrollment Data backup, and safely upload to Aadhaar server.
