Preparing of General Arrangement & fabrication drawings and get the approved stamp from our client using by Inventor & AutoCAD.Perform engineering design for various Pressure vessels, and heat exchangers using by PV Elite, Code Calc software.Structural steel design of air coolers and pressure vessels by using PV Elite & inventor software.Analysis and design the nozzles to shell Inlet & Outlet using by PV-Elite software.Selection of Pressure Piping, Fittings, Valves as per ANSI / ASME Standards for package units.Preparing as Built drawing of Process Plant for finalizing the project using by Cad Worx 2009.Attending In house meeting for development and progress of works and to clarify some major and minor problem that encounter.Attending client meetings to clarify all necessary issue for the progress of works.Attending weekly project progress Meetings and Kick off Meetings.Control the project up to the delivery level.Simulation of Fan motion for client reference and workshop verification.

Designing and drafting of various Radiators and Air Coolers according to the image file and clients requirement.Measuring the damaged coolers in the vessels, then fabricate the new cooler as per our company standard.Monitoring the Production according to the design.Visual and Gauge inspection in fit-up’s before and after welding.Maintaining the quality management system (ISO 9001-2000 standard) Control the project up to the delivery level.
