Development of risk analysis tools. As part of government regulations regarding counter terrorism, BNP Paribas needs carry out regular risk analysis of it's business portfolio. The first project was to analyze data and perform calculations and risk analysis. My colleague Julian Rantwijk and I developed a JSON REST API using PHP and Swagger. Data and much of the business logic was managed in a MS SQL Server database. All database design, management, algorithms, code and deployment was built from the ground up. A second project revolved around development of a Windows service made in C# / .NET for communicating to the Windows Azure service bus of an external party using AMQP / RabbitMQ.

Development of 2 websites: SlachtofferPortaal and Digitaal Loket Verkeer. SlachtofferPortaal provides information about a criminal case to people who have been the victim of a crime. Digitaal Loket Verkeer is a site which can be used to appeal against a traffic violation. I've been part of a Scrum team as one of two senior developers. The team was responsible for the requirement analysis, graphical and information design and full development of the websites. The sites use Drupal 8 and Symfony2 as back-end technologies. In addition to development the back-end developers worked closely with the hosting providers to integrate CI/CD into the new server stack for these sites.

Vodafone / Glasoperator is the home of the 'Vodafone thuis' television service. Responsible for the back -end development of the video-on-demand shops for the set top boxes. This includes handling metadata, encoding videos, registering new assets and handling new content. This is all done through various web services and custom middleware and encoding hardware.

Eventers is a plug&play software/hardware solution for visitor registration of business events, exhibitions, workshops and educational events.Lead developer of a Windows (C# / .NET) application with support for scanning and printing hardware, several SOAP API's for clients and internal use and an online back-end for managing events, users and configurations.

Development of an online application for property management. The website contains functionality for managing documents, relations, buildings and schedules. And it allows monitoring and oversight associated with maintenance and legislation of real estate.

An online system for sending newsletters for all franchises of the SPORT2000 and RunnersWorld stores.The website allows all franchises to create their own newsletters which will be sent only to their own customers. Management can prepare a newsletter which will be sent to all customers, which franchises can augment or modify to the needs of their own, local customers. The system is capable of sending hundreds of thousands of emails.

Development of a wesbite for the SPORT2000 loyalty program. Allows registration of new customers and their personal SportCard. Customers can view their current SportCard balance and latest transactions. Development of several back-end API's for receiving transaction data and registering personal cards.
