About Bas Oversteegen
After high school I studied Chinese at Leiden University. I then traveled to Central and South America where I stayed for several years. Back in the Netherlands I studied Spanish at Utrecht University and took an IT course.From 1994 to 2011 I worked for several companies as a software engineer. After a two-year sabbatical in which I wrote several movie screenplays, I founded Fountain of Scripts, the free library of spec scripts. I also created mumpie.com, a social media network.Currently I work for MadeWare, a company which develops software for paramedical professions.
