With over 10 years of hands-on experience in contact center engineering, I bring an extensive skill set to the table. Beginning my journey as a support engineer, I've been involved in providing assistance to our client base, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting implementations, demos, and training sessions.In my current role as an operational manager, I am entrusted with significant responsibilities, serving as the primary contact for our European platform. From assisting change management to monitoring/alerting and support, I take a hands-on approach, actively implementing solutions alongside my team.Security has always been a keen interest of mine, leading me to follow additional training. I have, for example, completed courses such as Ethical Hacking Foundation and Qualys, enhancing my expertise in vulnerability identification and mitigation. This also brought me into the position where I'm now assisting and providing solutions to our operational security team.My expertise spans a wide array of tools and software, including VMWare, Hyper-V, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, LDAP, IIS, NGINX and many more. From a security point of view, I know my way around several technologies such as Symantec Messaging Gateway, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Qualys, and sniffing tools like Wireshark.
