FIXbrigade NederlandDe activiteiten en dienstverlening van FIXbrigades zijn veelomvattend. Gemeenten die lokaal een FIXbrigade willen opzetten vragen om ondersteuning zodat het wiel niet telkens opnieuw uitgevonden hoeft te worden. FIXbrigade Nederland biedt capaciteit, kennis, ervaring, training, netwerk, technologie en nog vele andere vormen van kosteloze ondersteuning om ervoor te zorgen dat er in Nederland talloze nieuwe FIXbrigades opgezet kunnen worden de komende jaren.De FIXbrigadeDe noodzaak om woningen te isoleren is groter dan ooit. Veel mensen kunnen echter zelf geen energiebesparende maatregelen betalen of installeren. De FIXbrigade is een project dat mensen met een laag inkomen helpt om hun huis energiezuinig te maken. De FIXbrigade gaat bij mensen langs om te kijken wat er verbeterd en geïsoleerd kan worden en voeren de klussen vervolgens ook uit. Het project is daarnaast een leerwerktraject waarbij het mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt helpt om een vak te leren. Zo worden ze opgeleid voor een baan in de technieksector en energietransitie.AmbitiesOpschalen naar 80 FIXbrigades door heel Nederland om daarmee tienduizenden extra woningen te verduurzamen en miljoenen m3’s gas te besparen. Tientallen gemeenten en organisaties hebben aangegeven ondersteuning te wensen bij het opzetten van een lokale FIXbrigade en hebben daar budget voor beschikbaar (SPUK-gelden energiearmoede en andere subsidies).

We geven niet alleen praktische tips maar voeren ook echt de benodigde isolerende maatregelen uit.Tijdens ons leer-werktraject worden niet alleen technische skills ontwikkeld maar krijgen taal en sociale vaardigheden ook alle aandacht. Met een startkwalificatie op zak zorgen wij dat de leerling fixers goed aansluiten op de huidige arbeidsmarkt.
