In my capacity as an Innovation Business Partner, I am entrusted with driving innovation projects within our Business Unit (BU) to achieve our set innovation targets. This involves taking ownership of problem exploration, idea generation, and validation processes to ensure the development of cutting-edge and sustainable products and services tailored to our BU's needs. Furthermore, I am responsible for identifying and owning strategic search fields within our BU, representing the innovation team to our BU leadership, managing our innovation stakeholders, and fostering an environment of innovation both within and outside the organization. Additionally, I am tasked with identifying untapped innovation potential within our BU and spreading an innovation mindset throughout our team.Accountabilities:• Take full ownership and drive the execution of innovation projects within our BU.• Develop innovative and sustainable hygiene products, concepts and services specific to our BU's requirements.• Lead the exploration of strategic search fields within our BU to uncover new opportunities.• Act as the primary liaison between the innovation team and our BU leadership.• Spread and instill an innovation-centric mindset within our BU's culture.• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively share knowledge and insights.• Demonstrate a hands-on approach and the ability to deliver projects within agreed timelines and scope.• Inspire and motivate team members through visionary thinking and a passion for innovation.• Lead and oversee innovation projects within our BU to ensure alignment with our objectives.• Drive the attainment of our BU's new product and service targets through innovative solutions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights on our BU's customers.

Als Voorzitter van de Ondernemingsraad ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het vertegenwoordigen en behartigen van de belangen van alle werknemers binnen onze organisatie. Mijn voornaamste taak is het leiden van de Ondernemingsraad en het faciliteren van effectieve communicatie en samenwerking tussen de werknemers en het management. Ik werk samen met de leden van de Ondernemingsraad om de arbeidsvoorwaarden, werkomstandigheden en andere zaken die van belang zijn voor het personeel te bespreken met het management. Als Voorzitter van de Ondernemingsraad is het mijn taak om ervoor te zorgen dat de stemmen van alle werknemers worden gehoord en dat er een open en constructieve dialoog plaatsvindt tussen het personeel en het management.Verantwoordelijkheden:• Voorzitten van de vergaderingen van de Ondernemingsraad en het leiden van discussies over relevante onderwerpen.• Vertegenwoordigen van de belangen van de werknemers bij het management.• Besluitvaardig optreden en leiden van de Ondernemingsraad met integriteit en vastberadenheid.• Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor werknemers die zorgen of klachten hebben over hun werkomgeving.• Werken aan het opbouwen van vertrouwen en het bevorderen van een positieve werkcultuur binnen de organisatie.• Effectief communiceren en luisteren naar de behoeften en zorgen van alle werknemers.• Stimuleren van een cultuur van samenwerking, respect en wederzijds begrip binnen de organisatie.
