I'm very excited to be a key player of the Digital BackBone orchestration team, and along with a great & diverse team bring it to live.DBB Orchestration team will guide delivery through strict steering by; Own the integrated view on planning and align with owners who are responsible to deliver a planning that reflects the updated timelines and confirmed scope. Ensure availability of the integrated plan and create the right insights on progress, dependencies, risks at a granular level and inform senior stakeholders.Track progress of the teams compared to the planning and use escalation paths Pro-actively steer cross-platform dependencies, risks/ issues Support solutioning of issues, blockers, dependencies and prepare decision making at program level and towards the Exec.
