Member of the technical (project) support department of Snijder equipment bv. This company rents earthmoving machines and large waterpumps at (mostly reclamation) projects all over the world.One of my main tasks was to plan all the mechanics on the several worldwide projects. Besides I was supporting my colleague's with diverse activity's to support the projects with technical assistance.One of my growing tasks were several research and development projects in order to make the 'total' rental package of the company grow. In 2010 I guided the ISO 9001 certification of the company, and after that, I was responsible to keep that quality train running. Currently qualified for ISO 9001-2015In the period between 2010 and 2013 have been working on the development and purchase trajectory of the largest diesel driven containerised water pumps in the world. Due to this development I have educated myself and grew to the function of technical waterpump specialist of the company. This function also involved monitoring revision and improvement of the pumpsets as well as advising clients. Besides the pumpsets I awas involved in the optimalisation of the maintenance engineering process of the large Snijder excavators (Hitachi and Caterpillar). This with the goal to reduce the amount of unexpected failures and to improve the effective availibility of the machines.
