Manage, motivate and develop employees of SCM Department.Key result areas:- Correct and efficient planning & ordering operation, in order to optimize; total lead time performance from order intake to delivery, planning and planning process accuracy andproduction performance.- Cost effective and efficient distribution of Mitsubishi vehicles, in order to; optimize lead time performance reduce costs and damages.- Efficient and reliable customs clearance operation and procedures for MME and its Europeandistributors. Cost reduction via effective use of tax advantages and tax regulations within legal borders. - AEO compliancy ensured and secured via AEO procedures and processes.- Motivated and empowered employees, cost effective department management.

Purpose of the job• Manage all operational and commercial activities in regards to the logistics services for vehicles in Europe. • Assure most (cost-) effective and efficient physical distribution of vehicles destined for the European market, from factory up to distributor or dealer.• Initiate, manage and implement process and cost improvement projects that increase the quality and productivity of the logistics operation.• Collaborate with distributors establish and implement the vehicle shipping, storage, handling and PDP processes
