Manage, motivate and develop employees of SCM Department.Key result areas:- Correct and efficient planning & ordering operation, in order to optimize; total lead time performance from order intake to delivery, planning and planning process accuracy andproduction performance.- Cost effective and efficient distribution of Mitsubishi vehicles, in order to; optimize lead time performance reduce costs and damages.- Efficient and reliable customs clearance operation and procedures for MME and its Europeandistributors. Cost reduction via effective use of tax advantages and tax regulations within legal borders. - AEO compliancy ensured and secured via AEO procedures and processes.- Motivated and empowered employees, cost effective department management.
