Previously, I worked for Capgemini as consultant in the field of Basel II. In addition to my financial experiences, I have well-developed relational skills. I continuously aim to find better ways for people to cooperate. My stakeholder management capabilities have proven to contribute to the accomplishment of milestones in challenging situations where conflict of interests might occur. I am able to get down to the root of an issue, split a task up into manageable pieces and explain complex matters in an understandable manner.
