• Launched Mahindra-Reva e2O Model for Domestic Market in Jan, 2013• Launched e2O Refresh with additional Range & CEPS in 2014.• Given support for e-Verito & e-Supro Launch in 2015 & subsequent Field support.• Worked on several new Electric Vehicle Development Programs (4 Wheeler) as Technical Project Leader & Platform Lead like e2O – Export Variant – RHD & LHD (Having extended Range, higher Speed & Acceleration and meeting all European M1 Category Regulatory Requirements like Frontal Crash, Side Crash, Pedestrian Safety etc. and shall be having all latest advanced safety features like ABS / ESC, C-EPS, Airbag and Seat Belt with Pre-tensioner etc.) and new 4-Door Model launched in 2016. • Meet Statutory ELV (End of Life of Vehicle) Requirements for export & calculated RRR (Reusability, Recoverability & Recyclability) values, Dismantling Manuals etc.• Worked on ME eRick & eAuto (3 Wheeler) program as technical project lead which were launched in Dec’18.

• Launched India’s First Electric Car ‘REVA’ in 2001.• Introduced several variants of Reva like Air Conditioned & Classe (Deluxe) model, “REVA – SAHARA” Model for Physically Challenged people etc.• Worked on GM-Project to develop new Transmission along with Parking Pawl mechanism, new Driveline with AC Induction Motor etc.• Launched Upgraded Export Model of REVA with improved Interiors and new Features like Climate Control Seat, Hatch Glass De-fogger, Fog Lamp, Rear Seat Belt, Cup Holder, Mobile Charger etc.• Launched Reva-LHD model & several Variants customized for various export markets – 21 countries (Suiting specific requirements of those markets) in 2003/4.• Launched new Revai model with AC Drive system, Curved Windshield & Disc Brakes in 2005.• Launched Reva – Lion with improved Drivability, Range, Fast charging ability, connectivity through telematics etc. in 2006.

• Established R&D CAD Centre involving various Hardwares & Softwares, Networking systems, Data storage, Security & Backup systems, working methodology & procedures, standards etc.• Implemented Product Data Management system through Pro/Intralink software.• Extensively worked on 3D CAD Modeling of various Engine & Transmission components, Misc. Hindmotor, West Bengal

• Implementation of Power assisted steering gear system in Contessa Classic 1.8 GL. – Design, Prototyping & Testing • Wider 2 stage Leaf Spring design and development for Ambasssador 1800 Isuzu.• Implementation of Isovac Booster and ELGI Servo in Isuzu Ambassador.• Detail investigation and analysis of chronic field problems necessitating design modification e.g. Steering rattling noise, Brake judder etc.• Development of new 9-1/8 inch Brake system for Isuzu Ambassador – Design, Testing, Homologation & Certification.
