For all projects, I have put together the crew and created the production schedule, making sure that the director is okay with it, as well as the agency and client.I planned the shoots, from casting, recces, referencing, to overseeing the post production till final delivery - I was involved in the logistical sense, of course, but also in a creative function• ensured the director is happy, and has all the resources he/she needs at hand• worked with the DA to ensure that the casting, storyboarding, treatment, etc are the best possible• created moodboards and PPM and pitch decks when need be• pre-empted any issues alongside the production manager• kept all discussions with agency + client as open and clear as possible - so that there is no confusion, everyone is on the same page, and the client/agency are also happy with the results.I have put together production and post crews basis the director's preference and the requirements of the film - on occasion, if there is no post producer, I have also handled the details of bookings, day-to-day scheduling, data management and negotiations.
