This role is reporting to Fabric Care Manufacturing VP. * Globally responsible for operational excellence of all dry laundry plants and all new iniatives coming up in the plants. * for Fabric & Home care sector- responsible for all the manufacturing capability development in all of our sites

In this role, the person directly reports to the Go-to-Market Director and Manufacturing Director.* Role is consultation role of 5 P&G plants in Central Eastern Europe region for Lean Manufacturing systems. These plants are located in Turkey, Romania, Chech Republic,Ukraine and Russia.* Key KPI's of the role are the responsibility in delivering business goals on bottomline loss elimination, inventory reduction and productivity of these 5 plants, together with leading the way in end to end synchronization at the supply chains. *This role is directly connected with the plant managers, operation managers and lean manufacturing managers on the site and includes training, coaching of the all related audience.*Site action plans are formed based on the consultancy given to the sites.

Supply chain and logistics manager of Gebze site with high complexity, specialized in inventory reduction, pull systems and logistics optimization.• Managing 3 supply chains together with inbound-outbound logistics of the Plant + plant warehouse management.• Managing total Inventory around 50 $MM for Plant Supply Chain• Service Level Management through 3 Supply Chains with a total Supply of 10 Markets• Loss Elimination through Supply Chains with Raw and Pack Materials;Finished Product Transportation and Warehousing; Plant Control Cost• Owner of Inventory Reduction Program with >10% reduction Year on Year• Capability owner of supply chain in the plant, making VSM’s from supplier to customer.• Manager of 43 Direct Reports

Experience with union negotiations and strike.* Managing Human Resources & Health department for Gebze Plant. *Responsibility of 450 employees, on employee relations, compensation & benefits, employee communications, talent supply and development *Responsibility of labor relations in a heavily unionized environment-Had an experience of heavy strike.*Employee Representer in Labour Relations and holding union meetings with 2 different unions in paper and chemistry sector. *Experience in Managing culture change and culture of the plant.

This is a operations manager role where the individual has direct responsibility on making and packing operations together with the end of line operations which is a contracted-out operation. In this role, you manage 20 direct managers with a total of over 200 people.*Achieved to deliver excellence service with benchmark operating cost in Central Europe Middle East and Africa*Leading loss elimination program throughout the supply chain in materials, usage, production performance, energy utilization by 40% reduction versus base and productivity by 50% improvement to deliver +10$MM annual net savings*Head of Operation Managers Committee in Central Europe, Middle East and Africa to drive productivity, manufacturing excellence, re-application among 10 operating sites*Responsible for organization re-design, leveling renewal and capability building via recruitment re-design with P&G global systems including union relations and collective labor agreement*Responsible to deliver and qualify major investments and initiatives including capacity increases, new product launches including lead executions across global operations

*Responsible of deployment of Employee Survey across Europe and action planning for increasing the Emloyee Engagement across Europe.* one year special assignment on Employee engagement program and responsible of forming a masterplan of 5 years to make a peak at the engagement of all employees at Europe.

Liquids operation leader , responsible of 2 liquids product. Also, have experience of a new product launch in contractor operations.*Responsible of Bleach operation, in all supply chain measures such as productivity, operational reliability, Quality and total manufacturing Cost.*Responsiblle of launch of new bleach product for Turkey*Responsible of launch of new liquid product in a contract manufacturing company

Dry Laundry Making Operations Leader, responsible of all making operation end to end with a total of 40 people management.
