After completing secondary and high school education, I continued my education at Başkent University, Faculty of Science and Literature, American Culture and Literature. In order to continue my education more efficiently, I got my Pedagogical Formation from Hacettepe University. Afterwards, I received CELTA Education from ITI. Meanwhile, I attended various seminars and conferences to enlighten my professional development in the field. Drama and festivals also developed my communication skills. Participation in Modern Drama activities and organizations in Germany and Finland, were effective in improving my interpersonal communication skills and showing my leadership qualities. During my tenure, I have always been result – oriented and worked with the aim of making a difference in my field. As my profession is intertwined with education and training, my sense of responsibility has always been at a high level. Gaining experience in the field also improved my communication skills, coping with tight deadlines, punctuality and working solution – oriented. Since education and students are at the core of our field, I have carried out relations with my managers, colleagues, and parents, followed up and supported them afterwards in order to build reliability and mutual trust.
