During the 8-month Pet Line Capacity Improvement project, we conducted business analyses in the first quarter. Throughout this period, we utilized system analysis techniques. We reported that the major part of the problem originated from the planning department. Subsequently, in the second quarter, we proceeded with implementation. We digitized production plans using CPLEX. This resulted in an approximate 15.2% improvement in the transition time between products.

I conducted a business analysis on the significant issue of setup errors in the factory. I identified that this problem could be resolved through digitalization. Taking the lead in the digitalization process, I contributed to improvements by developing a form in the Python language.
