After graduating from Hacettepe University English Economics in 2002 and Edinburgh Business School's Human Resources Management Master's program in 2015, she completed the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Master's program at Middle East Technical University in 2021 and became an I/O expert. She is continuing her Ph.D. program in Psychology at Atlantic International University.After she left her managerial position in a private bank in 2019, she took responsibility as managing partner of ProMIS Proses Company. Besides, she is the founder of the Mindary Well-Being App. In addition o her professional career, she gives part-time courses in certificate programs and opens psychology classes with university collaborations. She provides consultancy and training to corporate companies about leadership and positive psychology. She is one of the start-up mentors of Ankara Kalkınma Ajansı.
