With over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry, I am a seasoned GM R&D who leads and manages various projects in electronics design, hardware development, and software integration. I have a strong background in power electronics, EV chargers, solar inverters, UVC lights, and oxygen concentrators, and I am always eager to explore and apply the latest technologies to our innovative products.Currently, I work at Ornate Agencies Private Limited, India's happiest solar company, where I have set up the R&D department from scratch and obtained NABL approval. I have also developed new products for on-grid and off-grid solar inverters, ranging from 1KW to 100KW. Visiting more than 300 Chinese factories and R&D labs for all over China to find right and quality products. Adding 1-10KVA single phase and 10-100KVA 3 phase online UPS from Top brands in China after lot of modifications as per Indian environment and power conditions with Chinese R&D professionals.Now more than 20 products in online ups segments are running successfully directly import from China to India with with less than 1% service complaints. 3. Adding 1-50KVA solar products On grid and Off grid and done hands on training in Chinese R&D centres. Currently More than 15 products are successful running in india directly import from China with less than 1% service complaints.4. Done all type of testing and inspection before delivery at supplier end to ensure right products come to India.5. Develop various type of Testing Zigs , Fixtures and machinery for Plant to increase productivity and quality such as Inverter PCBA testing Zig, wire harness machines, ATE (automatic testing equipment), ICT(in circuit testers) Plug testing machine, Transformer testing Zig,Core testing Zig etc and a lot of Zigs as per new products.6. Develop new products such Erikshaw battery charger 48V/12A and 48V/16A with PFC for India. This charger is designed from big brand from Taiwan co. This charger is having more than 100K annually requirements.7. Set up working lab cum sourcing office in Shenzhen Xixiang China.10. Visit lot of international exhibitions such as Canton fair, HK Asia expo, Shenzhen convention and Exhibition centre, Electronic Market SEG PLAZA , Dongmen Market etc.
