Responsibilities:• Gather functional and business requirements from the functional and business owners. Help Business Analysts in preparing detailed requirement documents. • Analyze the existing system to see how the new requirement can fit in and doing the impact analysis to figure out what all components are required to be changed. • Analyze the requirements and develop Requirement Understanding Document with detailed plan to implement the requirement and get it approved from the business users & stakeholders. • Implement the solution as per the approach document and Iterative development methodology. This involves development of software components using Microsoft Technologies including ASP.NET, C#.NET, MS-SQL Server, testing and verification that the proposed solution is meeting the requirement. • Use of Team Foundation Server and Git for version control.• Prepare implementation strategy and provide the support for implementation of the programs. Divide and coordinating the work between on-site and offshore according to the implementation strategy. • Validate coding standards. Identify deviations from coding standards and help the team fix them. • Assist the business users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
