 Currently associated with M/s Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Limited as General Manager , Engineering Services and Projects (MEP), for their “Ishanya” Specialty mall , the largest design centre for interiors & exteriors , at Pune and is involved in various activities involving project management, resource planning, discussion with the architect and various consultants for the infrastructure & negotiation with various suppliers. Have successfully handled the Project Management, Operations & maintenance and installation and commissioning of various capital equipments and machinery. )

Heading various activities involving project planning and execution, Operations and maintenance of infrastructure and equipments, safety and environment and client servicing. Significant Contributions Successfully modified and executed the complete 2 Mw DG based power plant along with AMF panels. Pivotal in commissioning the new 1000 Kva Caterpillar DG set and under took the major over hauls of the 800 Kva Perkins & 235 kva Cummins DG sets. Erected, tested and commissioned two Thermax, fire tube boilers of one ton capacity each operating on FFO along with softeners, Fuel tanks, heaters etc. Major Projects handled : The Radisson White Sands Beach Resort, located in the south Goa. A five star beach resort with 154 sea facing rooms spread across 37 acres of land. This resort has the longest swimming pool (173 Mtrs) in Goa and was completed in a record time of thirteen months from scratch.The Diani Reef Beach Resort at Mombassa, Kenya: Major renovation and retro fitting was carried out to this 330 room hotel which was converted to 235 luxurious rooms. Situated in the south coast of Mombassa, this five star property is situated over 35 acres of land and the building stands on a coral rock. This hotel is one of the best property in Kenya.Significant Contribution in handling major trouble shootings including modification, alteration to the DG set synchronizing system and panel switch gears for easy operation by the operators.Ensured cost savings and contributed in reducing the down time of machines by implementing preventive planned maintenance (PPM) in order to reduce break downs.Recognized by top management for excellent performances and received various commendation letters and letter of appreciation from Directors , Managing Directors and unit heads for successful completion of project and commissioning of the hotels in a time bound manner Established various resorts and hotels viz

and was responsible to the General Manager for the effective function of the engineering department in terms of men , material and correct functioning of the department in operation , maintenance for the engineering utility services such as steam boilers , central air conditioning plants (HVAC) , Diesel generators , Air compressors , Refrigerating equipments , Sewage treatment plants , Water treatment and filtration plants Distilling plants, Operation and maintenance of hydraulic machinery , Fire detection systems , Fire hydrant systems , EPABX , Cable T.V network , 11 kv H.T & 415 volt L.T switch yards , LT panels , AMF panels etc besides adequate exposure to PPM / TPM and preparations of budgetary expenses for HLPW , repair and maintenance . Also assisted the project team in renovating the old pool , system designing , equipment selection , erection , testing and commissioning.
