Co-ordinating with Tech-Team against the issues/queries raised by the Client getting it resolved within TAT.

• Closely liaised with client and Compliance team to ensure correct purpose codes are provided by client as per RBI requirement.• Stream lined the inward remittance process to ensure uniformity across all India branches.• Raised for KYC details from remitting bank and issued the same to customer in case of FDI inwards.• Published End of Day status reports to business to avoid aging in the Nostro accounts.• Raised tracers to remitting bank for inwards where message formats are incorrect.• Providing necessary guidance to client with regard to submission of appropriate documents with regard to remittance, static or bank certifications.• Scrutinizing the instructions before lodgment so as to ensure apt details/documents submitted by client to avoid any delay in processing of transactions.• Monitoring of investigation queries, closely liaise with client for receipt of amendment instructions/information to ensure speedy response sent to correspondent/beneficiary bankers for enabling them to apply the funds to beneficiary.• Ensure the transactions are getting reported to processing center/money markets within the defined cut off time. Payments • Monitoring Demand Draft printing, dispatch and end of day reconciliation of printing stock.• Ensure timely processing of all manual requests received on the counter (RTGS, NEFT, Mutual fund, DD cancellation, Stop payments & House transfers)• Handled cheque book and cheque stationery requests.• Closely liaise with Processing team and client for discrepant requests received.• Processed high value Salary payments at the branch on month ends within stringent timelines. • Ensured accurate maintenance of stationery stock, trackers, checklists, filing and document archival strictly as per audit requirements.• Handled high volumes of cheque printing and stop payment for refund processing for ecommerce clients during end of season sales and promotions.
