(3D/2D jobs Inspection by aid of CMM Machine and Various Instruments)  Daily Planning & Next Shift Planning and It`s Monitoring and lead Team Of 3 People. To Ensure Quality of Trial Parts (Layout Inspection). To maintain & Update All Quality Related Document as Per ISO, Such as Inward,In process and Non Conformance Report. NPD-Facilitate compliance to applicable internal and external requirements during the product development cycle and commercialization of new developed or modified products.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Over All Quality Supervision of Plastic/Steel Part of Assembly and Production Shop. To Review Daily Quality Complaints in Daily Quality Meeting. Handling of customer complaints. Implementing Quality Standard to Ensure Quality Product is Being Made. Daily Planning, Organizing and Process Audits at supplier End. Responsible for Calibration of Instruments and Maintain its Records or Documentation

 Operating of CMM Machine.(Mitutoyo- MCOSMOS-3v4.0) CMM Programme & Editing. Prepare PCC & PDIR Report. In-Process inspection as per PCC. Final Inspection as per Customer requirement. Planning & Implementation of 5S. Maintaining of Quality records like DHR, Calibration Certificates etc. Raw Material Inspection. Handle of Hardness Tester, Surface Roughness Tester & Microscope etc.

 Development Part Layout Inspection. Review with Tool & Mold Maker after Layout Inspection. Coordinating the Tool room for tool inspection Operating of CMM Machine. (Mitutoyo- MCOSMOS-3v4.0)

 Calibration of all types of Measuring And monitoring Instruments Instruments Calibration Scheduling As per Due Date. Review of user complaints and preparing an action plan for the same. Conduct the rejection meeting and preparation of action plan on it. Internal Audit and Training for Instruments Handling. Updating Data to Maintain Departmental Records

 Operating of a Grinding and Honing Machine. Visual Inspection of Bearing. Maintain the Production Output
