As a Working Student at Knorr-Bremse, I had the privilege to contribute to the cutting-edge CCB3 project within the Global Brake Systems team. My role was multifaceted, involving two distinct areas of responsibility that allowed me to showcase my technical and innovative abilities.1. Support in Software Integration for Project CCB3:In this capacity, I was instrumental in the seamless integration and testing of software packages, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.Software Package Integration: Led the creation and integration of software packages, ensuring their alignment with the project’s specifications and objectives.Top-Level Testing: Conducted comprehensive installation and top-level tests, validating the robustness and efficiency of the software packages.Test Execution Support: Collaborated with technical departments, providing essential support in test execution and troubleshooting.2. Creation of a Demonstrator for Communication and Installation:I spearheaded the development of a demonstrator, focusing on enhancing communication and installation processes between Docker containers under Linux.Docker Containers Development: Engineered various Docker containers, including the integration of Codesys as a Docker container, to optimize communication processes.Communication Establishment: Implemented communication protocols between containers, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.Data Representation: Utilized NGINX to create an intuitive web interface for effective data representation and user engagement.Environment Demonstration: Successfully demonstrated the environment, highlighting the efficiency and innovation of the communication and installation processes.My experience at Knorr-Bremse not only honed my technical skills but also enriched my collaborative and problem-solving abilities.
