I am a Computer Engineering graduate from the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS). My academic journey began at Yildiz Technical University, Turkey, where I pursued a degree in Mathematical Engineering, cultivating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.In June 2021, I founded dionaks.com, marking my entry into the e-commerce sector. This venture provided me with extensive experience in SEO, Google services (Google Analytics, Merchant Center, Google Ads, Search Console), and web development (HTML, CSS). I managed over 5,000 products, optimized website performance, and enhanced customer engagement through data-driven strategies.While studying in Ireland, I worked part-time as an Administrator at the Irish Wheelchair Association. In this role, I led the Learning Management System (LMS) aspect of the SAP SuccessFactors Project. I successfully migrated data to HRIS, developed custom reports using SQL and SAP DBTech, and provided continuous support to team members, ensuring seamless system operations.Previously, as a Learning & Development Intern at the Irish Wheelchair Association, I managed Microsoft Server, developed automated workflows with Power Automate, and improved data visualization with Power BI. These experiences honed my technical skills and enhanced my ability to work effectively in a team.My technical expertise includes Python (Pandas, Selenium), JavaScript, SQL, and Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI). I am proficient in SAP SuccessFactors, data migration, and reporting, and have hands-on experience with version control using Git.Additionally, I have a strong interest in intercultural communication, building lasting relationships through my Erasmus exchange in Ireland and active membership in the International Society at TUS.
