I joined in to Borusan Otomotiv as an Architect in1998. After managed and controlled many reputable projects in 5 years, I wanted to change my career path and transfered to the Dealer Development Department in order to manage QMA (Quality Management Assurance ) for BMW Turkey. Two years later, I was assigned as a Black Belt (Project Manager)in Six Sigma Team and I finalized 5 projects to improve working processes for several departments within two years. I retuned to line in the business I was appointed as Land Rover Marketing Unit Manager position in same company. Managed and organized all kind of marketing activities, press events and Land Rover Experience with in given budget.
