Basavaraj P Javali started teaching career as an English and Social studies in a CBSE school in Andhra state Proddatur.later went on to work as Senior faculty Business studies IGCSE and Convenor and Secretary for Maldives teachers committee with Ministry of Education Rep if Maldives for 11 yrs.As business studies faculty CBSE and I GCSE Jain Int School Karnataka.As Head of School with BGS group of institutions Karnataka and HOD Business studies Dept with Ministry of Education N E Africa.and worked as Senior faculty Business studies and Marketing With SJ Vidyalaya Chennai,At present with First Bench Senior faculty CBSE in charge of two school project in Tamilnadu.

I taught Entrepreneurship to Senior sec level students which involved project reports apart from the normal textbook lessons.

Post graduat teacher of Business studies.Project Incharge for a monthly magazine named "Business bulletin" for internal circulation.Students took up the role as reporters,news gatherers and bringing out the final print of the magazine.Incharge of Dictionary which focussed on a booklet of commercial terms.Here the students were given the assignment of collecting difficult commercial terms.The idea behind this was to make them more familiar and confident of the commercial environmen.The project won prizes in cash and kind.apart from this I took up the role of Convenorship and Secretary for three consective years where I had to arrange meeting of Business studies teachers of the Maldives.the agenda included presentations by guests,syallabus discussion compiling of videos of commercial importance in the Maldives.further I was an active participant of Business studies examination workshop organized by the University of Cambridge London and also textbook review committee in the subject domain-social studies and business studies

This was the early stage of teaching as a career.I taught english and socialstudies for Middle and High school studentsOrganized exhibitions and subject clubs to enrich the teaching activity.Student participation was encouraged for study trips and other competitions.

I taught Business subjects and co-ordinated exam and other subject related arreas like seminars guest lectures etc.
