EngineeringReview Contract Documents (Contract value, Contract Program, Drawings & specifications) and making necessary suggestions/modifications as related to the MEP trades.Review- Contractors Pre qualifications, Method statements, MEP shop drawings and Material submittals etc. before submitting to consultant for approvals.Conducting weekly MEP progress meeting with consultant/MEP contractor and update MOM to themanagement and client.Review and make sure MEP coordination layouts are fully coordinated with all MEP services and other trade works.Assist scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities,including cost and resource loading.Coordination and follow-up with local Authority for NOC and drawing approvals (RTA, DEWA, DM, DCD,Etisalat and DU, Irrigation).Expert in coordination and submission of GREEN/LEED building documents to authority.Site ExecutionExecution of MEP job as per contract program, clear understanding of drawings, specifications, bill ofquantities and contractual conditions.Monitoring of MEP installation work progress and quality of works Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, LPG, Firealarm, Fire protection, central battery (emergency lighting) and low current systems.Ensure that MEP contractor should close all SOR/ NCRs on timely basis.Ensure that MEP contractor should comply with the health and safety requirements as per companystandards/ authorities’ regulations.Leading the team with MEP contractor, third party and supplier for testing and commissioning of All MEP equipment.Coordination and Submission of handing over documents to client/Facility management (As built drawings, O&M manuals, asset list, warranty certificates, manufacture/supplier contact details).Follow-up and closeout all snag list prepared by client/facility management during defective liability period.Operation & maintenance of all equipment during defective liability period.

Job Responsibilities: • Taking over newly constructed Reliance shops (Super market, hyper market, footwear, digital and jewelry stores) from project team.• Attending project meeting and raising concerns related to handed over stores, to make sure should not repeat same problems in new upcoming stores. • Taking over facility assets with handing over documents (supplier contact list, warranty certificates, O & M Manuals etc).• Checking all equipment during testing and commissioning to make sure equipment are performing as per mentioned capacity/technical data sheet. • Punch list to be prepared and handover to project team for rectification.• Recheck all stores punch list on frequent basis and to make all sang should be rectified 100% prior to liability period. • Lead multi-disciplinary teams of staff including Housekeeping, maintenance and security team.• Attending all store maintenance request calls on frequent basis without any obstructing stores.• Clearing all utility bills (electricity, water & air conditioning) on regular basis. Operation & Maintenance: Services provided in following stores• Reliance fresh stores -4000sqft to 50,000Sqft -57 nos• Jewelry store in Jayanagar• Footwear store• Pharmacy stores Following equipment maintained• Ceiling mounted ductable units 5.5TR to 22TR) • Plumbing & Fire alarm and protection systems. • CCTV systems• DG sets• LV electrical panels

Supporting facility manager to ensure that meet the needs of organization and employees.• Agreeing contracts and providing services as required including security, parking, cleaning, catering etc. • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.• Ensuring basic facilities for work places (employees)- providing power supply cords, stationaries, maintaining desired AC temperature etc • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness• Space allocation and managing • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards• Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness• Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments• Helping businesses to relocate to new offices • Drafting reports and making written recommendations.• Follow-up 52-week schedule to maintain following systems HVAC systems-Chillers, AHUs FAHUs and Stulz make precision AC units. DG sets HV and LV panels, DBs UPS system Fire alarm and central battery system (emergency lighting system) Security systems, PAVA systems Fire protection system Maintaining IDF, labs and DATA centers  Plumbing system BMS system

Job Responsibilities: • Taking over newly constructed phase -5, building from builder in coordination with architect and consultant.• Taking over facility assets with handing over documents (supplier contact list, warranty certificates, O & M Manuals etc).• Checking all equipment during testing and commissioning to make sure equipment are performing as per technical data sheet. • Follow-up of snag list and defective equipment to ensure that all systems are working properly. if found any underperforming, supplier has to be rectified immediately. • Operation and maintenance of following equipment as per 52-week schedule. 500TR X 3 nos Air-Conditioning Plant & Hot water Generation system 2 nos.  Precision AC units 5 nos.  BMS operating system (Siemens)  Fire Alarm Systems.  Emergency lighting system LT panel, UPS panels, Distribution boards. UPS (60kva to 200KVA)  DG sets 1250kva x 5 nos  Pump rooms Fire protection system Materials procurement and management
