Ø  Product Configuration Management in SAP Net Weaver and Oracle. To review and analyze incoming Engineering changes using Engineering Change Management (ECM). Structure tree Management for Options & Option classes for different customers. Effectivity date setting for config make parts. Complete responsible for maintaining Configured BOM until the Tool/Product gets manufactured and shipped to customer. Understanding & performing Customer requests and converting Customer Options into Bills of Materials and ensured timely delivery without compromising a Quality. Handled critical Customers like Intel, TSMC and Samsung etc. and made sure all the Customer requests are taken care during Bill of materials loading. Closely working with Project Managers (Internal Customer) and made sure all the Customer requests are translated into BOM accurately. Verification of impact on Scheduled or Re-scheduled ECO’s on WIP systems and implementation on affected systems. Analyzing the Delta BOM between Golden BOM and WIP Tools. Review parts reference data to provide forecast for inventory planning, serviceability calls, part analysis and improve stocking decisions at right place Meeting the Key Product Indicators (KPI) and deliverables. Good Understanding of Component life cycle management. Controlling Approved Vendor List (AVL) of existing components - Add / Delete / Change / Upgrade Product BOM. Worked on PLM tools like BOM Manager, PST (Product Specification Tool), SAP PP. Worked on 5 WHY analysis, PDCA, Pareto Chart, Fishbone, VSM (Value Stream Mapping) to check the issues and problem in the present problems and provide solutions for the problem.  Knowledge on handling production planning through SAP transactions Responsible for On Time delivery of parts to customer.Ø
