My Roleis Focused on Site Inspection, including planning and quality control (Focused on Material Testing Lab)  Providing QA/QC/QS Services for High Rise Apartment Building & Villas Industrial Structures Worked at Substructure for Apollo BGS Hospital, Mysuru as a Sr.Project Engineer. Onsite Supervision and Inspection of all civil works with sampling and testing. Involved in Preparation of Estimation & Billing of civil Works.

Job profile and responsibilities as QA/QC:  Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control. Preparation of the Project Specific Quality Plan, inspection and test plans, check-sheets and related procedures. Implementation of the Quality Management & Control programme for the project. Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection. Controlling all inspection activities on site. Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed. Ensuring that inspection  Requests are implemented. Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract  Requirements. To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and evaluate and Testing materials and conform to specified requirements.. Issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up. Report to the Project Manager any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System. Completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner, in accordance with the conditions of contract. Responsible for overseeing/audits of subcontractor Quality Management systems. IS/ISO/IEC 17025 Code Quality system requirements.Job profile and responsibilities as QS:  Involved in Preparation of Estimation & Billing of civil Works Such Residential, & High rise Apartments Commercial & Institutional Building also Utility Structures Like Drain, Culverts, Bridges, Retaining wall & NH& SH Roads, Water Supply(OHT & GLSR )& UGD Works (asphalt & CC Road) as per design & drawing. Proficient in Measurements & Estimation of quantity, identification of claims Administration of contracts. Verification & certifying of Contractors Running bills, BOQ preparation, Rate Analysis & cost Plan.
